This collection contains eight films depicting the life and work on barges on the Ohio and Tennessee Rivers in the mid-20th century. The films include views of the rivers and their banks, as well as scenes inside the barges. Some show work being done on barges and other river vessels in dry docks. The videos do not have sound.
